if you can beleive it these beautiful roofs have actually been around for centuries! the idea originated from Germany and is now becoming a very modern trend. these roofs can retain about 75% of rainwater, until it is slowy released back into the atmosphere. not only is it good for the environment but it looks so awesome!
how much does this baby cost!? well it is around 15 to 20 dollars per square foot, not including the waterproof layers you need to install, so you don't have a pool in your bedroom.
overall this is just an awesome idea, and i think that it's a great investment! hopefully in the future we are seeing alot more of these, especially at my house ;)
